Anzac Day Cup
On 25th April each year, Doncaster Hockey Club and Essendon Hockey Club play for the Anzac Day Cup.
The inaugural Anzac Day Cup was held in 2014 at Doncaster HC. In partnership with Hockey Victoria, Doncaster, Essendon and Essendon Ladies have established the Anzac Day Cup as an annual event, to be played by Premier League Men and Women on the day.
Importantly players and supporters remember and acknowledge Australian and New Zealand troops that have served our countries over the years. -
Michelle Flouch Cup
The Michelle Flouch Cup is awarded to the winning side when Doncaster and MCC Hockey women’s top division teams meet for the first time each season.
The Cup is named in honour of Michelle ‘Flouchy’ Flouch, who was an Exceptional Goalkeeper, Inspirational Coach, Mentor, Manager and passionate Teammate. Flouchy was an unstoppable force both on and off the field who contributed on many levels across the hockey community. Michelle lost her battle with cancer in May 2020.

Ric Purser Cup
The Ric Purser cup is named after an influential and well respected hockey coach and player, who was involved on many levels and clubs in the hockey community.
Ric Purser was a coach of both Doncaster and Altona Hockey Clubs. The Ric Purser Cup is played when Doncaster and Altona Men’s Premier/State League teams meet for the first time each season.
