Fees for the Season
When you register with Doncaster Hockey Club, you complete two steps. Both steps have fees associated with them.
To be eligible to play you must register and pay with both:
Hockey Victoria: By selecting the appropriate Hockey Victoria membership type
Doncaster Hockey Club: By selecting an appropriate DHC membership type, for the competition you wish to play in (Winter, Indoor, Summer)
FEES PART 1 - Hockey Victoria Membership:
All players, officials and volunteers who hold a position must register for Hockey Victoria membership prior to commencing any training or pre-season events to ensure that you are covered by insurance which runs annually from 1 January to 31 December. No player can take the field until registered.
HV Individual Membership Fees options (prices are for 2024)
Adult Outdoor Playing Membership $127.31
19 years of age and over
Junior Outdoor Playing Membership $98.31
18 years and under
Officials Membership - Umpires and Technical Officials $39
Junior program fee (Hookin2 Hockey): $57.81
Senior flexible 5 game membership: $69.81
Junior flexible 5 game membership: $56.31
Non-Playing Membership $0
FEES PART 2 - Doncaster Hockey Club Membership:
All players must pay their Doncaster Hockey Club membership fees before Round 1. Failure to meet DHC payment deadlines will deem you ineligible to play.

Assistance with Registration and Fees
If you need help with your registration, you should contact the DHC Registration Officer, or speak with your Section Chair.
Customised Fees and Payment Plans
If you believe you may be eligible for a customized fee (due to your individual circumstances), you may request a customised subscription. You may also make a request to setup a payment plan.
To do this, please contact your Section Chair (womens @ doncasterhockeyclub.com.au, mens @ doncasterhockeyclub.com.au, juniors @ doncasterhockeyclub.com.au, midweek @ doncasterhockeyclub.com.au).
Juniors Playing Seniors
If you intend to play Juniors and Seniors during the Winter Season you will be required to select the “Junior including Seniors Fees” option during online registration process.
Transfers
If you are transferring to Doncaster from another Australian club we ask that you contact your Section’s Membership Officer prior to registering with HV.
