Home-grown talent

Doncaster Hockey Club has always pursued a policy of developing its own juniors, with an eye to promoting them to the top teams within the club when they are ready. Doncaster has been able to develop an enviable pool of talent by providing top quality coaching and excellent facilities, and this shows in the number of our members selected to play for Victorian Representative teams.
